Interior Designer / Furnishing Consultant as RETAIL MANAGER "Sales Store & Service" (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Main responsibility for the entire retail area of the company, from responsibility for turnover and contribution margin to strategic-conceptual tasks as well as change projects in relation to market changes and digitalization
• Development and expansion of existing or new business fields; acquisition and support of projects in the area of complete furnishings and planning
• Personnel and specialist leadership of the retail and sales back-office teams consisting of sales, consulting and administrative specialists as well as targeted further development of employees regarding specialist knowledge, external impact and methodological competence
• Active participation in the shop business as well as personal support of architects, influencers as well as suppliers and producers
• Close cooperation with the ownership, participation in interdisciplinary special projects throughout the entire company (marketing, collection developments etc.), organization and participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and events

Your profile:

• Basic training in the field of architecture, furniture, furnishings or comparable know-how plus further development towards management, business administration, sales and/or retail
• Proven track record in an operative overall activity regarding sales and planning in the environment of interior furnishings, living and accessories
• Several years of leadership experience in a company with a flat hierarchy in the local or national retail market
• Perfect German in spoken and written form, good business English, further language skills an advantage, resident and networked in the Zürich region
• Good computer skills (Microsoft palette, ERP system), organizational talent, confident and dynamic appearance, enthusiastic and solution-oriented, personality with a "sporting attitude"
