Mission :
Execute routine maintenance work for private residences
Gardening work – green spaces (3-4 months in the year)
Maintenance, repair and cleaning
Housekeeping work
Profile
CFC as a facility manager or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a private residence
Holder of category B and BE driving licenses – company vehicle available for professional travel only
Autonomous, ability to adapt and multi-skilled
Languages: French mandatory
flexibility of hours and travel within the Canton of Vaud, occasionally in Neuchatel
