Your mission: In this varied function, you will ensure with your manual skills that our buildings, facilities and outdoor areas are at all times in an impeccable and well-maintained condition. You carry out independent maintenance, servicing and repair work or coordinate the cooperation with external service providers. During seasonal work such as winter service or green area maintenance or when setting up rooms for events, you work closely with various departments and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. As a service-oriented contact person, you are in daily exchange with employees, residents, tenants and guests and make an important contribution to a safe, well-maintained and functioning operation.
