Project Manager Real Estate / Client Representative

Your task: Turning ideas into successful real estate projects

You represent the interests of the client in new buildings, conversions, and renovations. Together with internal and external project partners, you develop viable solutions, prepare decisions, and keep costs, schedules, and quality on track.

You already have experience on the client side? Here you can use it with a high degree of personal responsibility. Do you want to move from an architecture, planning, construction management, GU, or TU company? Your experience is a valuable foundation for this next step.

Your areas of responsibility

• Accompanying and controlling real estate projects from development through planning to realization
• Participation in feasibility studies, use concepts, and project strategies
• Definition of project goals and preparation of decisions for the ownership
• Selection, commissioning, and coordination of architectural and specialist planning teams as well as other project partners
• Accompanying tenders, awards, and contract negotiations
• Assessment of planning, offers, and supplements as well as recognizing optimization opportunities
• Monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality as well as early recognition of project risks
• Representation of the client in meetings and towards authorities and companies
• Accompanying acceptances, handovers, and project completions

What you bring with you

• Training or a degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering, construction management, real estate, or a comparable professional background
• Experience in project management, construction management, planning, realization, project development, or client representation
• Familiarity with Swiss planning and construction processes
• A reliable eye for costs, schedules, and quality
• Enjoyment in coordinating different stakeholders and finding solutions together
• An independent way of working, economic understanding, and the willingness to take on responsibility
• Good German skills and the ability to represent concerns clearly and convincingly

You do not need to have already performed all tasks on the client side. What is decisive is your previous project experience, your understanding of the interaction between stakeholders, and your motivation to develop further in this direction.
