What awaits you

• Consulting and support of customers, predominantly by telephone or at the customer reception
• Supporting the pension advisors in scheduling customer appointments
• Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (sales support)
• Administrative support for the pension advisors
• Preparation of offers and applications
• General correspondence

What you bring with you

• Commercial training in the insurance industry or experience in insurance (health insurance experience is an advantage)
• Passed intermediary examination (VBV) is an advantage
• Joy in expanding existing customer relationships
• Reliable, resilient personality combined with a swift way of working
• High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
• Convincing appearance with joy in dealing with people
• Positive and winning manner, sales flair
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
