Your contribution

• Collaborate in the creation and further development of the contractual management of the Requisition specialized office, as well as the planning, initiation, coordination, and control of requisition measures within the assigned area of responsibility, while simultaneously ensuring implementation in compliance with provisions and contracts
• Ensure the preparation of services, materials, and infrastructures for military uses within the established deadlines and in accordance with requirements and quality
• Provide specialist advice and support to the management of the Requisition specialized service as well as assume interface and coordination functions towards internal and external partners
• Manage and monitor the requisition portfolio, analyze and process inconsistencies, and collaborate in the assumption and assignment of services
• Manage and further develop the relevant information systems, draw up reports and decision-making bases, develop technical concepts, assume project management, and represent the BLEs in expert committees and interdisciplinary working groups

What distinguishes you

• University degree (SSS, SUP, university) in business administration, public management, logistics, or a similar field; leadership and public administration constitute an advantage
• Several years of experience in project management gained in complex, security-relevant, or interdisciplinary organizations, ideally related to logistics, procurement, or public administration
• Excellent knowledge of logistical, purchasing, or requisition processes, as well as contracting, market analysis, and financial management (budgeting, controlling, credit management)
• Strong familiarity with digital systems and processes, especially for interdisciplinary logistical, administrative, or planning-relevant applications
• Strong skills in conduct, analysis, and negotiation, high social competence, psychophysical resilience, and the ability to make decisions in a structured and interdisciplinary manner
• Excellent active knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language

In summary

In this central function, between strategic planning, legal provisions, and operational readiness for use, you will ensure that all army requisition processes take place in an efficient, transparent, and reliable manner. You will coordinate services, infrastructures, and resources, create binding bases, and ensure that the army maintains its operational capacity both in case of a real event and in daily life.

It provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructures of the Swiss Army.
