Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal performance mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma sequelae. As a health insurance-recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and human-oriented treatment for our patients. With around 170 committed employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, and the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks Medical and nursing care for our patients (without basic care) on all shifts Care for patients as a contact person according to our internal DBT addiction concept Participation in interdisciplinary reports, team meetings, and location discussions Possible takeover and leadership of indication groups Accompaniment of learners in practice Assumption of areas of responsibility within nursing Independent material management and management of ordering on the ward Implementation of various administrative tasks in the nursing area Your profile Completion as a health specialist EFZ Professional experience in the addiction sector and/or the psychiatric specialist sector is an advantage Flexibility, integrity, balance, and patience are some of your strengths You describe yourself as an open, motivated, responsible, resilient, and team-capable person Discretion and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you Extensive IT knowledge You have a PW driver's license including a car (no public transport connection in shift operation) We wish for a basic attitude that is characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
