For our AVOR / Production Planning and Control (PPS) department, we are looking for a

AVOR PPS Clerk (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Customer support at the scheduling level
• Recording customer requirements in the ERP
• Opening and maintaining master data
• Coordination of the turntable function between production, Customer Service, logistics and development
• Ensuring timely delivery to the customer
• Creating the production program for the machine park
• Determination of key figures
• Optimization of processes / workflow
• Leading and participating in various projects

Ideally, you bring with you

• Technical basic training with further training as a Process Specialist or Technical Clerk
• Proven experience in AVOR / production planning or a similar position
• Good communication and expression skills in German (C1) and English (at least B1)
• Assertiveness
• In-depth SAP knowledge (modules PP, MM and SD) and confident use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
• Flexibility, initiative, teamwork and proactive thinking and acting
