For one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for a Business Analyst GMAO CARL Source (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the support, operation, evolution, and continuous improvement of the GMAO solution as well as the digitalization and optimization of maintenance processes.

Your mission ####

• Ensure expert functional support for the GMAO, manage incidents, support users, and contribute to maintaining the solution in operational conditions.
• Functionally administer and configure CARL Source, manage profiles, authorizations, and access, and participate in evolutions, migrations, and version upgrades.
• Collect and formalize business needs, facilitate workshops with maintenance teams, and manage functional evolutions as well as testing, acceptance, and validation phases.
• Structure, secure, and evolve maintenance master data, equipment, articles, stocks, technical trees, maintenance plans, and operating sequences.
• Optimize and standardize maintenance processes, identify interface needs with other information systems, and support change management with internal teams and external providers.

Your profile ##

• Possess solid experience, ideally 5 to 8 years, in Business Analysis, application support, or functional administration in the maintenance field.
• Master maintenance methods and processes as well as a GMAO solution; experience with CARL Source / CARL Software is highly appreciated, with ServiceNow also being an asset.
• Possess good knowledge of databases and reporting or Business Intelligence tools such as BIRT, WEBI, or Power BI.
• Demonstrate experience in functional project management, writing specifications, facilitating multidisciplinary workshops, testing, acceptance, and coordination with publishers or suppliers.
• Demonstrate analytical, structuring, and communication skills allowing for effective interaction with business units, IT teams, and external partners; knowledge of industrial, technical, or airport environments is appreciated.
