What you can achieve ##

• You are the central contact person for our pharma partners and ensure successful, partnership-based cooperation.
• You negotiate, manage and monitor contracts and ensure compliance with performance, quality and contractual requirements.
• You plan and moderate partner meetings as well as business reviews and document the results.
• You analyze qualitative and financial KPIs, derive optimization measures and accompany their implementation with the relevant specialist departments.
• You coordinate partner requests, advise on existing and additional services and support the further development of our service offering.
• You process complaints and escalations in a solution-oriented manner and accompany audits, inventories as well as other partner-specific events.

What you bring with you ##

• You have a commercial or logistical basic training with corresponding further education.
• You bring experience in sales, contract management or in logistics, ideally in a pharma or logistics environment.
• You understand logistical processes, economic connections as well as pharmaceutical requirements and regulations.
• You enjoy working with contracts, key figures and data and convince with your analytical skills.
• You negotiate confidently, communicate clearly and bindingly and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations.
• You work independently, structured and responsibly and have very good German and English skills; French is an advantage.
