Mandated by large institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for an
Socio-educational Assistant CFC (M/F)
to join our team of interim pool workers, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and/or motor), psychiatry and childhood.

Job description
Work in close collaboration with the teams in place to ensure appropriate supervision for the people being supported
Participate in the development and implementation of educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy and the development of skills of individuals
Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and difficulties encountered by the people being supported, while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
Actively participate in team meetings and internal training to enrich your knowledge and skills
Additional information
Activity rate: variable according to your availability
Type of contract: interim missions (with possibility of evolution towards permanent contracts depending on needs and structures)
Location: canton of Vaud, with missions in different establishments depending on needs.
Profile sought
CFC Socio-educational Assistant diploma or foreign title recognized as such
Significant previous experience in the socio-educational support of people in situations of vulnerability
Knowledge of the different issues related to disability, psychiatry, child/adolescent protection or other related fields
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
