As a caretaker, you play a key role: You keep everything in good shape, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first contact person for our customers on site.
What awaits you
You look after our properties and ensure the smooth operation of the technical and infrastructural systems.
You carry out inspection rounds, minor repairs, as well as maintenance work and coordinate external tradespeople.
You support special cleanings as well as the care of indoor and outdoor areas.
You are the contact person on site for customers, suppliers, and users of the properties.
You benefit from a varied activity, modern work equipment, and a well-coordinated team.
What you bring with you
You have completed training as a caretaker, specialist in facility management, or bring a comparable qualification.
You have a good technical understanding and enjoy carrying out minor maintenance, repair, and inspection work independently.
You possess a category B driver's license and are flexible while traveling in your area of operation.
You work reliably, independently, and like to roll up your sleeves.
You communicate confidently in German and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner towards customers and tenants.
