to support all divisions of The Swatch Group Research and Development Ltd.

Job description ##

• Coordination and active contribution to the preparation and monitoring of investment files, including notably the negotiation of
• Specific Terms and Conditions
• Equipment Procurement Specifications
• Monitoring of payment terms for investments, including the management of bank guarantees
• Documentation of purchasing flows and continuous improvement of purchasing procedures and documents, such as:
• General terms and conditions
• Specific terms and conditions
• Supplier relationship management
• Opening of suppliers
• Supplier evaluation and order analysis
• Opening of suppliers in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Control and validation of purchase orders and processing of order confirmations
• Responding to requests from internal and external auditors
• Processing emails from the ASU-Purchasing mailbox and filing electronic documents

Profile ##

Profile: ##

• Federal Diploma of Procurement Specialist
• 5 years of experience in a similar position

Professional requirements ##

• Reliability, organizational skills and a structured mindset with a strong ability to work in a team
• Excellent ability to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and initiative
• Open, pleasant and clear communication
• Very good mastery of Excel
• Proactivity and ease in process review
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a good sense of priorities and meeting deadlines
• Excellent ability to write reports in French and English
• Knowledge of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
