What you do You support the Head Governance, Reporting & Assurance in the analysis and optimization of existing compliance processes You identify and prioritize innovation opportunities at the interface of compliance, data analysis, automation, and digital transformation You develop solutions for managing important compliance risks, automate reporting and control processes (e.g. with ) and use AI/LLMs to simplify and increase the quality of workflows You provide the Compliance Assurance Team with ad-hoc analyses, key figures, visualizations, and decision-relevant management reports You conduct training on AI tools and data-driven working and advise stakeholders on the selection and introduction of new technologies What you bring Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Data Science, Business Informatics, or similar) as well as initial practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, process optimization, or automation Experience in the development of interactive dashboards, data models, KPIs, data quality checks, and management reports as well as in the target-group-oriented preparation of complex analytical facts Very good programming skills in with a focus on data processing, workflow automation, and analytical solutions; good knowledge of data structures Practice in the use of AI tools and Large Language Models for standardization, efficiency increase, and automation of processes Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Frutiger () Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: up to 40% We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
