To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and strong-willed personality as Head of Technology and Maintenance, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Actively shape the following:
Technical and personnel leadership of the technology and building technology team
Personnel deployment, vacation, and on-call planning
Ensuring smooth operation of the production facilities as well as the building technology
Organization and supervision of maintenance, repair, and revision work
Continuous optimization of the production facilities and technical processes
Identifying and eliminating weaknesses in facilities and infrastructure
Responsibility for spare parts management and technical procurement
Planning and implementation of technical projects as well as conversions and new constructions
Cooperation with the management in technical investment and strategy decisions
You bring these skills with you:
Completed basic technical training as an electrician, automation technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or comparable training
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar function
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
High social competence as well as strong leadership qualities
Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
High resilience and flexibility
Readiness for on-call duty
