System Engineer Workplace 80-100% (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the secure, stable and future-oriented operation of the Microsoft-365-Workplace platform. In doing so, you will continue to support and develop both the collaboration services as well as the identity and security solutions. You ensure that collaboration, authentication, access management and security policies are implemented efficiently, user-friendly and compliant.

How your job will be:

• Operation, configuration and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and other Microsoft-365 collaboration services
• Creation and maintenance of governance, compliance and security concepts for collaboration within Microsoft 365
• Support with rollouts, migrations and transformation projects
• Operation and further development of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity Governance
• Administration and monitoring of security baselines, policies and compliance settings
• Analysis of security alerts as well as definition and implementation of suitable security measures

What you should bring with you:

• Completed IT training at HF/FH level or comparable professional experience
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Governance
• Experience with Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as high security and responsibility orientation
• Confident communication in German and English as well as the ability to additionally advise customers and specialist departments in French
