For an established Swiss company in the Linthgebiet, we are looking for a communicative and customer-oriented personality for internal sales 100%. A varied hub function awaits you with lots of customer contact, individual responsibility, and close cooperation with various internal departments.

YOUR TASKS:

• Processing of customer inquiries and orders via telephone, email, and other channels
• Support and administrative responsibility for an assigned area in internal sales
• Close exchange and support of Key Accounts
• Ensuring a high service level and professional customer communication
• Processing and coordination of returns
• Support in the analysis of sales data, maintenance of conditions, and master data management
• Participation in internal projects
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal departments such as production, purchasing, field service, and customer service
• Active participation in the optimization of internal processes in internal sales

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or a comparable function
• Good language skills in German, French, and English; Italian is an advantage
• Confident handling of common ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong customer orientation as well as good communication skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a team and with various internal contact persons
• High self-motivation and sense of responsibility
