Create financial transparency, shape structures, drive growth: In this key position, you will play a decisive role in shaping the Group Controlling of a successful, internationally oriented corporate group. The Sontex Group, headquartered in Sonceboz, develops innovative measuring systems and system solutions for heat, water, and energy. The technologically driven Swiss company is internationally successful and has grown strongly in recent years -- also through the integration of further companies. As a result, organization, processes, and structures are continuously evolving. For this exciting phase, we are commissioned to address an entrepreneurially thinking and implementation-strong personality as Head of Group Controlling. As a close sparring partner to the Group CFO, you are responsible for group-wide controlling and consolidation. You manage management reporting, analyze the financial and operational development of the group and its companies, and create sound decision-making bases for the CFO and management. Budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning are as much part of your area of responsibility as quarterly and annual consolidation. Together with the local finance managers, you identify relevant result, margin, cost, and cash flow drivers and derive concrete recommendations for action from them. A focus lies on the further development and harmonization of group-wide finance and controlling structures. You optimize reporting, planning, and consolidation processes, define standards, and ensure a reliable data base. You further develop Emasphere as a central platform and specifically drive digitalization and automation. In addition, you accompany the integration of new companies, participate in strategic and M&A projects, and lead the local controllers and finance managers professionally. The dynamic growth and the integration of further companies offer you the opportunity to sustainably shape structures and processes. You set priorities, create transparency, and develop pragmatic solutions that support the further expansion of the group. We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, actively shapes changes, and moves confidently even in a dynamic environment. You have higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, accounting, or a comparable field as well as several years of experience in the group controlling of an internationally or decentrally organized company. Sound knowledge in consolidation, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is required. Experience with consolidation software -- ideally Emasphere -- as well as very good Excel and ERP knowledge round off your profile. You combine analytical strength with entrepreneurial thinking, grasp complex contexts quickly, and advance topics with initiative and assertiveness. Good German and English skills are required, French skills are an advantage.
