To expand our training team in chemical-pharmaceutical production, we are looking for a
Chemical Operator as Instructor/Trainer Production (m/f/d)
Your Responsibility
Practice-oriented training of employees from other industries into professionally competent production employees in subject-specific topics such as: technology and process control as well as documentation of processes, occupational safety, hygiene and environmental protection
Active support of participants in the sense of demanding, promoting and developing
Further training of established shift leaders and shift employees within the framework of the training program
Contact person for the production department regarding training topics
Elaboration and further development of contemporary learning content as well as learning objectives
Your Profile
Passionate interest in knowledge transfer
Completed training as a Chemical Operator / Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist, further training as a vocational instructor advantageous, but not a requirement
Several years of production experience in the chemical industry (knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001:2000 an advantage)
High social competence/communication skills and joy in working with adults
Good user knowledge of MS-Office and experience with process control systems an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
