Object Manager*in Santé (m/w/d) Work location: Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft area Workload: 80-100% Start of work: 01.09.2026 or by agreement Department: Cleaning Your tasks - Operational responsibility for support services in several customer mandates in the healthcare sector (qualitatively, financially and personally) - Leadership, promotion and continuous development of a team of around 20-25 employees - Maintenance of constant customer contact and point of contact for technical questions - Responsibility for our support services and ensuring high-quality services as well as compliance with hygiene guidelines - Carrying out quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees - Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments - Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring and optimization of all work processes - Independent recruitment of new workers - Management of material, machine and device orders - Administrative tasks including budget responsibility Your profile - Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in the field of household management, cleaning or facility management - Professional experience in the healthcare sector and/or hotel industry is an advantage - Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality - Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a pronounced sense of organization and coordination - Structured and solution-oriented way of working - Service orientation and independence - Very good German language skills in word and writing - MS Office user knowledge That's what we stand for, that's what we commit to - today and in the future.
