At our location in Schulhaus Staudenbühl in Zürich Seebach
we are looking for a
Specialist in Care 100 % as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Pedagogical support and promotion of the young people in the life-practical and school areas
• Assistance and guidance in the hygienic, social, and everyday competencies of the young people
• Active application of ASD-specific aids such as UK / Metacom
• Collaboration in the organization and design of the after-school care period as well as accompaniment during individual and joint leisure activities and school events
• Participation in meetings, school placement meetings, and internal school training

Profile ##

• Training as a Specialist in Care, specialization in people with disabilities or comparable training
• Willingness to commit to students with special needs
• Great flexibility as well as very good teamwork and communication skills
• Independent way of working as well as the ability for networked thinking and acting
• Joy in dealing with people of different cultures

About us ##

The Heilpädagogische Schule der Stadt Zürich is a day special school for 4- to 15-year-old children and young people with a cognitive and/or multiple impairment. We offer the students, who are schooled in separate classes in various schoolhouses of the Stadt Zürich, a supportive environment and focus the priorities of interdisciplinary promotion on their strengths.

Our teams at the various locations in the Stadt Zürich consist of school special educators, social educators, specialists in care, apprentices, and assistants.
