Your task ##

• Responsibility for the administrative processing of the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit
• Creation and management of employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents
• Maintenance of personnel data
• Support with payroll administration and with topics relevant to social insurance
• Collaboration on HR projects and on the further development of HR processes

Your profile ##

• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form necessary
• Experience with HR software and MS Office is desired
