Real Estate Accountant In the context of an increase in activity and a reorganization of the team, your missions will be to: \- Accounting management and closing of building accounts in PPE \- Record and reconcile various accounts \- Perform the allocation of charges across the different departments and companies \- Prepare VAT statements \- Prepare annual account closing documents for audits and auditors \- Entry and payment of supplier invoices \- Various administrative tasks related to the function \- Diploma in accounting or equivalent training. \- Confirmed experience of 3-4 years in general accounting, a plus if it is in real estate \- Rapid availability ideally - position in Lausanne on-site and at 100% We are looking for a friendly person, who will want to grow in a company that is growing and undergoing structural changes.
