R&D Technician - Dial Prototype Assembly

Introduction ##

For our Research & Development division, we are looking for an R&D Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be the complete assembly of dial prototypes.

Responsibilities ##

• Perform decals on the dial (manually and/or on production equipment)
• Assemble appliques and/or counters on the dial (manual riveting and/or on production equipment)
• Apply luminescent material (on applique and dial)
• Perform the setting of appliques
• Perform the gluing of mother-of-pearl, meteorites, ornamental stones, or exotic materials
• Participate in design reflections with Constructors and Project Managers
• Perform process sheets in connection with the team's professional skills
• Communicate on New Products with Industrialization and Production partners regarding the assembly methods used
• Be an active player in technological monitoring in the field

Profile ##

• CFC in dial making, CFC in jewelry, or training deemed equivalent in the field of dial assembly
• Expertise in the removal of a decal and the placement of appliques
• Mastery of usual IT tools (MS Office) as well as SAP and/or Kheops
• Dexterity and ease in manipulating dial components
• To be a dynamic, positive, and open-minded person in order to accompany change and promote innovation
• Pronounced team spirit and excellent communication while having the ability to work in perfect autonomy
• Ability for analysis and synthesis
