Cover letter replaced by an application questionnaire Apply now Share What awaits you? ## • Answering telephone inquiries from our clientele on various banking, digital and administrative topics • Identifying client needs, proposing suitable solutions (payments, savings, providence, simple investments) • Participating in targeted outbound campaigns as part of commercial actions or client information • Ensuring active listening and transmitting specific requests to the competent services • Following regular coaching in order to maintain the high quality standards of the Service Center What do you bring? ## • CFC as a customer relations agent, CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training • A first experience in client follow-up and advice with an excellent commercial sense • Perfect mastery of spoken and written French, with excellent notions of a second national language (B2 level) • Open-mindedness, a keen sense of service and enthusiasm to accompany our clients with professionalism • Flexibility in an extended schedule (7.30 h - 21.00 h) according to a team shift system
