Shift Leader and Plant Operator 100% (m/w/d) in Full-Reuenthal (CH) Your tasks Shift management: You lead the shift, coordinate the team, and lend a hand wherever needed. Plant control: You operate and control our modern processing plant directly on site and ensure smooth operation. Maintenance & maintenance: You perform service and maintenance work on the plant independently, ensuring that everything runs technically flawlessly. Logistics: You keep an overview of delivery and pickup and ensure the correct handling of the recovered raw materials. Co-design: As a pioneer in the first plant, you pass on your practical experience to make our future locations even better. Working model: You work in a 3-shift operation. Your profile Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the industry, ideally in the areas of recycling, gravel processing, or production. Leadership skills: Leading employees within your shift is central to you; you already have corresponding leadership experience and can motivate a team. Craftsmanship & technology: You are skilled in craftsmanship and your technical understanding as well as your safe handling of machines characterize you. Personality: You are absolutely reliable, maintain a respectful demeanor, and have the courage to address problems openly and directly. Language skills: You communicate safely and clearly in German.
