Then we are looking exactly for you as: Sales Assistant Internal Sales (m/f/d) 100% Your tasks • You process orders independently from entry (telephone, e-mail, EDI) via transport organization to invoicing. • You manage complaint management professionally and act as a central interface between customers, field service, and production. • You support the financial administration in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting as well as in the preparation of payment runs. • You maintain customer, article, and price master data and actively participate in projects in the areas of digitalization and process optimization. Qualifications Your profile • You have successfully completed a commercial basic education or a comparable training. • You bring several years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or order processing. • You are characterized by an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. • You convince with high initiative, strong organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality. • You have very good IT user knowledge (MS Office as well as ERP systems such as e.g., SelectLine). • You communicate stylishly in German (spoken and written), whereby French language skills are a welcome advantage.
