Your profile ## • Basic commercial training, preferably in the field of forwarding • Practical experience in international forwarding • You communicate fluently in German and English, other languages are an asset • Good understanding of numbers and calculations • Great commitment and willingness to learn • Customer-oriented and proactive approach • Irreproachable criminal record and extract from the debt collection register Your tasks ## You report directly to the international transport manager and are the contact person for customers and partners. You are primarily responsible for the processing and management of valuables shipments imported by air freight as well as national and international transport by truck and crosstrade shipments. This includes the following tasks: Tasks: • Contact person for customer inquiries and complaints and development of solution proposals • Written and oral communication with customers, partners and airlines • Import and export customs clearance in the E-Dec/NCTS and PASSAR systems • Preparation of transport documents • Ensuring the handover from order placement to truck planning • Invoicing of shipments on time The rest of the process ## After receiving your application dossier, we will examine it carefully.
