We support our clients in building state-of-the-art data landscapes to take their analytical capabilities to the next level. Our task is to understand their business problems and use data-driven mindset and technology to achieve results that advance their business. This role is open to candidates with either an AI/Analytics or a Data Engineering/Data Platform background and preference. During the interview process, we will determine your affiliation within one of these specialized sub-teams. We also welcome applications from trainee candidates with limited professional experience, provided they are available for full-time work (not returning to studies). After 4-6 months in a trainee role, we will reassess the readiness for a Business Analyst role. For this role, we are currently offering start dates from February 2026. Consulting and Communication Skills: • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills: ability to design and create meaningful presentations. • Strong conceptual ability: ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs and simplify complex problems. • Business-IT translator: ability to act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. • Detail-oriented and ability to communicate technical specifics clearly in written and oral form. Technical Expertise: • Initial practical experience with data management, data platforms, or AI & Analytics solutions is strongly recommended. • Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services, is a plus. • Knowledge of data platform tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus. • A strong engineering or mathematics background is advantageous. Language Proficiency: • Fluent in English and German to facilitate communication with various teams and stakeholders. Industry Experience: • Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, especially in AI & data-driven areas. • Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sector is advantageous.
