As part of this exciting and varied role, you will bring your HR expertise to line managers and employees in the canton of Vaud. HR Business Partner (m/f/x) 50% Your missions As an HR partner, you proactively support and advise line managers on all human resources-related issues You support employees as well as line managers in your assigned sectors throughout the HR life cycle, from recruitment to departure, in close collaboration with the HR administration You implement and optimize existing HR processes and actively participate in HR projects aimed at evolving the practices and services of the HR function Your skills HR certificate or university degree (business management, psychology, etc.) with several years of professional experience in a similar role Motivation to work with varied interlocutors, in a bilingual environment (French/German) Great autonomy in work and an interdisciplinary approach, spirit of initiative and willingness to innovate, as well as a keen sense of service Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language Knowledge of Abacus is an asset A propos de nous Enriching and exciting work, benevolent collaboration within a dynamic team, as well as a pleasant and friendly working atmosphere, with excellent social benefits.
