Together for Graubünden The Office for the Execution of Sentences (AJV) Graubünden is a department of the Department of Justice, Security and Health of the Canton of Graubünden. The AJV is responsible for the execution of sentences and measures as well as the implementation of various types of detention. In Graubünden, the execution of sentences and measures is thus regulated as a unified field of topics and a holistic task, in which different professional categories work interdisciplinarily with convicted persons to prevent further delinquency. Master Craftsman for the residential groups for remand and investigation detention as well as Age & Health ## Your area of responsibility ### • Operative and organizational responsibility for the assigned workshops • Leadership, support and guidance of the admitted persons according to work agogic principles • Aptitude assessment; in particular of cognitive, manual and creative skills • Promotion of the admitted persons in their professional and social development • Planning and development of comprehensive employment programs in the assigned workshops as well as ensuring a needs-based, meaningful daily structure for the admitted persons • Conducting individual interviews with admitted persons (activation, motivational work, etc.) • Organization of the production process incl. quality inspection • Implementation and compliance with occupational safety • Interdisciplinary cooperation with all areas of the JVA Cazis Tignez What we want from you ### • Completed training as a Work Agogist with federal diploma • Ideally, you bring professional experience from a similar working environment • Motivated to guide and support people in everyday detention according to work agogic principles as well as interest in potential assessment in the manual/creative field • Balanced, team-oriented, resilient and flexible personality with high social competence • Enjoyment of teamwork as well as interdisciplinary cooperation • Good oral and written expression in German as well as additional knowledge of cantonal and foreign languages is an advantage • Driver's license Cat.
