Your tasks • Medical and nursing care of our patient·e·s (excluding basic care) across all shifts • Management and development of group offers / indicative groups • Taking charge of patient·e·s as a reference person according to the internal DBT-addiction concept • Participation in interdisciplinary reports, visits, team meetings, and on-site interviews • Contribution to the implementation and development of care standards and the therapeutic concept • Accompanying students and apprentices in practice • Taking on responsibilities within care Your profile • Diploma of Registered Nurse HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP) • Professional experience in the field of addiction and/or in psychiatry desired • Flexibility, integrity, balance, and patience are among your strengths • You describe yourself as an open, motivated, responsible, stress-resistant person capable of working in a team • Discretion and reliability are a matter of course for you • Car driver's license including vehicle (no public transport connection for shift work) We expect an attitude marked by respect and consideration in contact with our patient·e·s.
