To complement our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Plant Operator Tea and Packing (100 %) Are you technically gifted and interested? Can you become enthusiastic about the subtleties of sophisticated machines and are you motivated to get the best out of your plant every time? Then this job is made for you! Your area of responsibility: • Preparation and provision of raw materials and packaging materials • Setting up the tea and filling machines as well as packaging plants • Adjusting settings to the respective raw material qualities • Commissioning of the plants as well as adjustment according to product-specific specifications • Carrying out quality controls according to specifications • Operation, feeding and monitoring of the entire production process • Independent troubleshooting as well as reporting of technical defects • Correct maintenance of the production documentation • Cleaning of plants and production premises in compliance with hygiene standards Our requirements: • At least two years of professional experience in the food industry • Pronounced technical understanding and experience in handling machines and plants • Good physical condition and resilience • Good German language skills • Independent, reliable and precise way of working • High sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of working in a team You will find with us a modern, dynamic and diverse working environment with flat hierarchies and a family-like corporate culture.
