Job description
In the Kita ZugWest in Hünenberg ZG, new stories arise every day: upon arriving in the morning, during shared meals, in quiet moments of comfort, and during loud laughter. Especially in our baby group, sensitive accompaniment, reliable relationships, and a secure framework are particularly important. For our baby group, we are looking for a committed and warm group leader baby group, FaBe Child EFZ 80-100 % | as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement who takes on responsibility with expertise, calmness, and joy. Who we are We are Kita ZugWest, a warm and committed team. Professional and organizational management of the baby group
Sensitive, need-oriented, and development-oriented accompaniment of the babies in everyday Kita life
Design of a secure and reliable daily structure
Responsibility for settling-in processes as well as individual design of sleep, eating, and care situations
Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and developmental impulses
Guidance, accompaniment, and support of employees and trainees
Organization of daily group life and coordination of tasks within the team
Trustful and professional cooperation with parents
Close cooperation with the Kita management and the other group leaders
Co-responsibility for the pedagogical quality and further development of the Kita
Professional and organizational management of the baby group
You bring with you

Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or a recognized equivalent qualification
Experience in the care of babies and toddlers
Joy in taking on responsibility and leading a team
A sensitive, warm, and at the same time clear attitude
Good organizational and communication skills
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and resilience
Joy in actively and creatively shaping everyday Kita life
Team spirit, humor, and the ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even in challenging moments
