Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of sustainable construction and energy efficiency, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d). You will advise private and institutional clients on demanding projects and develop solutions for climate-friendly buildings. Additionally, you will contribute to the professional and entrepreneurial further development of the company.

Tasks

• Advising clients on the planning and implementation of sustainable construction projects
• Leading studies, energy concepts, life cycle assessments, and technical reviews
• Accompanying construction projects in terms of energy efficiency, materials, and greenhouse gas reduction
• Supporting certifications according to recognized Swiss sustainability standards
• Developing new offers in the areas of circular economy and climate-friendly construction
• Acquisition of new mandates as well as maintenance of customer and professional contacts
• Participation in strategic decisions and in the operational management of the company

Profile

• University degree at Master's level in architecture, engineering, building physics, building services engineering, environmental sciences, or a similar field of study
• Several years of experience in sustainable construction and in the management of complex projects
• Good knowledge of current sustainability standards and assessment methods
• Leadership experience as well as entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking
• Existing network in the planning or construction industry of German-speaking Switzerland
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
