Your tasks <br /> • Personnel and technical leadership of the department with 3 employees • Project management and substantive development of legislative projects in the health sector (including implementation of EFAS, digitalization of the health sector) • Support for the offices and the directorate in legal matters, particularly in the areas of health, hospital care, outpatient care, nursing financing, data protection, digitalization • Preparation of documents for the Government Council in this area <br /> Your profile <br /> • Lawyer patent or legal Licentiate/Master of Law with specific professional experience in administrative law, ideally in health and data protection law • Leadership experience is an advantage, ideally in public administration • Legislative experience as well as interest in issues in the health sector • Independent way of working, service awareness and advisory competence • Language skills at native level (C2) in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language (level C1) <br /> We offer you The Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions. It is particularly responsible for: • all legislative work of the GSI, • legal advice and support for all organizational units of the directorate, • instruction of appeal proceedings and preparation of the appeal decisions of the GSI, • ensuring uniform application of the law within the directorate. The Legal Department of the General Secretariat consists of three departments. The overall team is mixed in terms of age and gender and maintains an open and supportive work culture. <br />
