As part of an interdisciplinary team, you bring in your professional competencies and work in a reference person-oriented environment. You coordinate the nursing-therapeutic treatment planning with internal and external support groups and ensure competent nursing within the nursing standards. Your profile You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas). Ideally, you have already gained experience in the psychiatric field. You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multi-professional team. You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are accustomed to independent and responsible work. High commitment, creativity, and very good German language skills (at least C1) round out the profile. Your good IT skills make administrative work easier for you. Your salary Your gross salary is likely to be between 76,000.- and 110,000.- francs per year for a 100% workload.
