Agogic Specialist in the Commercial Sector ##

These are the main tasks ###

• Professionally promote and educate apprentices in the professions of Commercial Employee EBA/EFZ, Developer/in Digital Business EFZ and practical training, with the goal of integration into the primary labor market.
• Conduct vocational assessment measures and build-up training.
• Support people in their competence expansion and independence through suitable work arrangements.
• Guide and carry out customer orders in the area of administration.

This is what you should bring ###

• You have a recognized vocational training EFZ in the field of economy, administration (KV) or information technology. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience and are interested in digital trends and developments.
• You love working with and for people and deal with them empathetically. You have good communication skills. Ideally, you have completed further training in work agogics.
• You are a German or French native speaker and have very good knowledge of the respective other language in spoken and written form.
