For an in-house solution directly at our client, we are looking for an in-house employee immediately or by arrangement. This means that you are employed by us internally, but work on-site at our client.

Job Description

You will work directly at our client's site in the Buchs region and, together with three other colleagues of ours, you will be an important interface between our client, our temporary employees, and our internal team.

You will be in daily exchange with the various department heads of the client and ensure uncomplicated and professional cooperation. In doing so, you will support our employees on-site, coordinate job interviews, and compile the appropriate application dossiers for the client. Thanks to your technical background, you understand the client's requirements and can communicate with its technical managers at eye level.

Administrative topics such as time sheets, invoices, and the organization of training and onboardings are also part of your area of responsibility.

Requirement Profile

• You have strong organizational skills and maintain an overview even in a dynamic working environment
• Technical professional background and good knowledge of commercial or administrative tasks
• Experience or interest in recruiting, personnel placement, and personnel support
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and open, professional communication
• Confident appearance in exchange with employees, department heads, and customers
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good intuition for people and the ability to bring different requirements together
