Your demanding area of responsibility ####

• Responsibility for budgeting, cash flow, and financial resource planning
• Preparation of financial reports as well as conducting analyses and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Management of accounting including team leadership, risk management, and internal control
• Collaboration with other departments for strategic alignment and tax optimization

The suitable profile ####

• Academic degree in finance, accounting, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in financial management, ideally in the education or non-profit sector
• Proficient German and good English skills, French is an advantage
• Very good Excel skills and solid ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI are an advantage, as well as sound knowledge of Swiss accounting
• High social competence, leadership strength, and personal responsibility
