What you will do

• Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
• Organization of the daily routine
• Supervision of the food service and participation in front cooking
• Planning, preparing, and cooking food for special events
• Preparation of production for the coming day
• Proper acceptance, storage, and documentation of goods, operating, and cleaning supplies

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience
• Creativity and a high standard of quality
• Clean and independent way of working
• Hands-on, flexible, resilient and team-oriented, passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
• You possess a valid driving license category B
• You can communicate well in German, ideally you speak English

Your place of work
In the restaurant timeout at the Berufsschule Lenzburg, our host team treats guests daily with a diverse range of offerings: varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads and snacks, as well as a sophisticated catering offering for conferences and receptions.

You work from Monday to Friday, each between 6.00 and 16.00, depending on the duty roster. For special events in the evening, you are available flexibly.
