Carpenter as Clerk Service and Sales Back Office

Activity

• Handle warranty and service cases in German-speaking domestic and foreign markets
• Support customers and dealers by telephone and in writing
• Process service and quotation inquiries up to approval
• Create CAD drawings and technical documents for orders
• Perform order processing and administration in the ERP system Borm

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter or sanitary installer
• Technical or commercial further training, e.g., in technical purchasing or sanitary planning
• Target-group-oriented communication in German
• Planning and drawing understanding with CAD knowledge
• Confident use of MS Office
