With our dynamic team, you manage operations and problem-solving. You handle requests from our clients as part of our "Custom Managed Services" activities.

• Operations management and incident resolution
• Guaranteeing service compliance
• Identification of automation opportunities for support activities
• Participation in the development of "managed services"
• Solid experience with Intune: Design and architecture, configuration, update management, security and compliance, troubleshooting, problem solving
• Solid experience in Configuration Manager: Setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Good knowledge in OSD, App Mgmt., Patching mgmt., Reporting and monitoring.
• Knowledge in Azure, Security Baseline, Configuration Profile, Autopilot, Task Sequence & Software Update

What distinguishes you

• Expertise in Workplace Management (Windows 10/11 administration, configuration, WaaS)
• MDM/MAM knowledge: Airwatch, Lookout, E-Fota
• Knowledge and experience in application packaging
• VDI experience (Vmware/Citrix/Microsoft) Cloud PC and Virtual Desktop
• Experience with an analysis tool (e.g.: Nexthink)
• Strong capacity for understanding and structuring, solution orientation, autonomy, sense of service and team spirit
• Very good level of French and English, written and spoken
