For this growing area, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality who takes responsibility, wants to shape things and develops customer relationships in a targeted manner. Your tasks: Technical and operational leadership of our Corporate Health locations Basel Rosental and Aargau Sisslerfeld. From here, you will support and develop a diverse and supra-regional portfolio of client companies from different industries and effectively integrate occupational medicine into their everyday lives. You ensure the quality of our occupational medical services, develop practical health and safety programs and evaluate work-related risks directly in the operational context. You lead and develop your interprofessional team across locations and contribute your ideas directly to the further development of Sanacare. The role offers you a rare combination of medical activity, consulting for companies and entrepreneurial design – with high predictability and part-time possibilities. And strong support from the Zentrale Services team in all administrative matters. Your profile You hold a specialist title in occupational medicine and additionally bring at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient primary care. You enjoy combining occupational medical issues with general medical activity in a walk-in practice. Interdisciplinary cooperation as well as advising employees, managers and other stakeholders is a matter of course for you. Very good German and English skills; a category B driver's license is an advantage. You work at the interface of occupational medicine, prevention, occupational safety and health protection and general practitioner-oriented patient care.
