Customer Advisor Individual Clients Switzerland (m/f/d) 80 - 100 % Your tasks You accompany our customers through the various stages of life in the areas of pension planning, financing, and investments You manage your own client portfolio independently and actively develop it further You identify and utilize the potential of existing as well as new customers and enjoy acquiring new customer relationships You advise with commitment and find simple solutions for basic services, investments, and pension planning You advise both in mandate solutions as well as in portfolio-related investment advisory You actively engage in customer events and internal projects You continuously observe the financial markets and recognize new investment opportunities for your customers at an early stage Your experience and personality You have completed banking training, ideally supplemented by higher vocational training (banking or business administration) You have several years of advisory experience and can demonstrate a convincing track record of performance You have sound knowledge of the financial markets, mortgage business, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector You are well-versed in the topics of pension planning, taxes, and inheritance in Switzerland You have an SAQ certification or are willing to acquire it You convince with strong acquisition skills and actively contribute to the team's success You have a customer-oriented mindset as well as a confident and winning appearance Our promise With us, you will find an exciting environment in which much is moving.
