Your craft ## • In this varied function, you support our construction management with administrative and technical tasks. • The administrative management of the steel warehouse including material procurement as well as active participation in the processing of offers are part of your area of responsibility. • After appropriate training, you will independently create quantity take-offs as well as construction schedules. • You will actively participate in the creation of measurements, invoices, and post-calculations.  • In addition, withdrawal and safety concepts will be created by you. Your foundation ## • A completed technical or commercial basic training in the main construction or secondary construction industry forms your basis. Ideally supplemented by further training in the commercial field (e.g., business school, Tech. Kaufmann/-frau or comparable). • Thanks to your structured, proactive and independent way of working, you keep an overview and successfully complete the tasks. • Good knowledge of MS Office programs will facilitate your efficient handling of daily tasks. • For the necessary mobility, you possess a category B driver's license. • Foreign language skills in French or Spanish are an advantage.
