Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you will work at the interface between research, practice and teaching and bring your expertise to exciting projects.

• Participation in applied research projects in the field of human resources management and organization
• Transfer of research results to science and practice as well as participation in scientific publications
• Support for the acquisition of research projects and collaboration with practical partners
• Participation in service and continuing education projects
• Support for teaching, for example in student supervision and as a teaching assistant
• Participation in tasks and projects at the institute level

The position is initially limited to 3 years.

Your profile:

You are passionate about scientific work, possess solid methodological knowledge and wish to contribute to current issues in the field of human resources management and organization.

• Master (university, ETH or university of applied sciences) in management or social sciences, business administration, work and organizational psychology or in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of human resources management, organization or in a related thematic field
• Very good knowledge of social research methods
• Initial experience in research projects, scientific work or publications is an advantage
• Taste for collaboration with practical partners as well as an autonomous and reliable way of working
• Very good written and oral knowledge of German and English
