Team Leader Service Academy & Support (m/f/d)
Your tasks
You will take over the team leadership of the Service Academy & Support of a total of 7 employees and ensure the training and further education of our service employees and international representatives.
You also ensure a smooth process in the Customer Care Support process.
Together with your team, you develop, maintain and realize target-group-specific training modules that effectively combine theory and practice.
You actively drive the digitalization of our learning formats - for example through the conception of video tutorials and time-independent e-learning offerings.
You coordinate and organize all training sessions - from the deployment planning of the instructors via room and material availability to the successful implementation.
You ensure that our service technicians are always equipped with the right equipment and the necessary special tools - including administration, provision and return.
Through active knowledge management, you ensure that learning content always remains up to date and is adapted to new requirements.
Your qualifications
You have a completed basic technical training with an advanced qualification in adult education, mechanical engineering or a comparable specialist field.
Leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of training and further education programs for technical specialists - ideally in the environment of mechanical engineering or the machine tool industry - distinguishes you.
You bring a high affinity for the transfer of knowledge as well as for the development and implementation of digital and practical learning methods.
Sound knowledge of ERP systems as well as MS Office applications are essential for this position.
Furthermore, you convince through strong communication skills, assertiveness and high social competence.
