The Risk Office of the VZ Group is responsible for two banks in Switzerland and in Germany as well as one insurance each in the areas of property/liability and life. We are growing strongly and are looking for reinforcement for our main location in the center of Zug.  What to expect from us ## • You actively further develop the operational risk management as well as the group-wide risk control.  • You conduct risk assessments, develop risk scenarios and are responsible for their consolidated evaluation.  • You conduct independent reviews and effectiveness tests, including in the area of audit tracking and for completed measures.  • You aggregate and analyze risk and control data, further develop them and prepare the results clearly, understandably and appropriately for the target group.  • You conduct analyses of significant occurring incidents and derive recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness improvements from them.  • You use modern tools for automation and visualization, further develop them and actively help shape projects, processes and new solutions.  What you bring with you ## • You have several years of professional experience in operational risk management in the financial sector, in a second-line function, in the IKS or in a comparable environment.  • You possess a sound understanding of risks, controls and governance relationships and can assess complex matters independently.  • You are proficient in processing and analyzing large data sets and derive relevant insights from them.  • You have a high affinity for tools and very good knowledge in the automation and visualization of data; experience with Power BI is an advantage.  • You prepare complex content in a structured, understandable and convincing manner for different stakeholder groups.  • You work independently and solution-oriented, appear confident and contribute with commitment to the further development of our growing company.  What we offer you ## • Exciting, varied tasks and a collegial team.  • The Risk Office is responsible for the risk control of the entire VZ Group, which includes banks, asset managers, insurance companies, mortgage intermediaries, pension service providers and foundations in Switzerland, Germany and UK.  • You work at a modern and air-conditioned workplace in the center of Zug and have the possibility of two days of home office per week.  • In a collegial working environment with regular social events, an exciting field of activity awaits you as well as the opportunity to take on responsibility and work independently.  • You work in a company that is counted among the most digital banks in Switzerland by the Hochschule Luzern. • Surveys regularly show that employees classify VZ as an above-average positive environment in which they can fully develop.
