What you can move

• Monitoring and controlling all relevant safety and alarm systems as well as conducting inspections, audits and vulnerability analyses
• Documentation and investigation of safety- and environment-relevant incidents including root cause analysis and derivation of measures
• Advising managers on hazard assessments, risk analyses and implementation of statutory and internal specifications
• Coordinates the group-wide collection, consolidation and quality assurance of KPIs, KRIs and management information in the area of Safety and Environment and creates target-group-oriented evaluations and reports from this
• Advising on hazard assessments, risk analyses and prevention measures
• Support in the integration of safety and environment requirements into operational and project processes according to the industry standards ISO 14000 or 45000;
• Ensures the coordination and documentation of testing and control obligations (equipment testing, permits for the site, etc.) and supports the responsible bodies in the documentation, monitoring and timely implementation of measures from inspections, audits, assessments and official requirements
• Creation, maintenance and further development of site-specific work instructions, process instructions, concepts and directives in the area of Safety and Environment
• Support in environmental management (waste, emissions, water protection) and participation in sustainability initiatives
• Planning, organization and implementation of training, workshops and evacuation or emergency drills
• Active contribution to the further development of the safety, health and environmental culture at the site

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the field of security (Safety Specialist (EKAS/SUVA), technical training HF/FH with a focus on security)
• Additional training in the field of fire protection, ISO courses, BZS courses
• Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, health protection or environment
• Sound knowledge in risk management, safety audits as well as internal control systems (IKS) in a security context
• High communication and teamwork skills at all hierarchical levels
• Structured and binding way of working as well as high organizational and coordination skills
• Very good MS Office user knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Very good German and good English skills

The area is responsible for the protection and physical integrity of employees as well as the resilience of business processes against security-relevant risks. Through uniform standards and processes, it ensures that legal requirements and group-internal security and sustainability goals are met.
